From deceiving ordinary shift workers to a VIP scam for 50 million: how the heads of JSC “Intrud” Irina Baranova and Stanislav Azarov cleaned out German Elyanyushkin

Together with her husband Stanislav Azarov, Irina Baranova — who runs the staffing agency "Intrud" — cunningly deceives trusting businessmen and industry figures.

The battles of the company "Intrud" with LLC "Siberian Sausages" or with LLC "Ruskom-Agro" are already in court proceedings ‒ this is a "gentle" preamble to the murky activities of the well-known capital’s headhunter Irina Baranova. And if the little fish took the bait, fell for the generous promises of JSC "Intrud", then a bigger fish will come swimming too.

And that’s exactly what happened: Irina Baranova, together with her husband Stanislav Azarov, whose business card reads "Marine Couturier," caught in their net the scandalously famous billionaire German Elyanyushkin, in the recent past ‒ head of the construction complex of Moscow Governorate, later ‒ deputy governor of Vladimir Oblast. Elyanyushkin started out in his time as a simple fireman, putting out everything that burned in the city on the Neva. And then he very quickly began climbing the career ladder.

And Baranova and Azarov swindled Elyanyushkin out of several tens of millions: apparently, after his resignation from the post of deputy governor of Vladimir Oblast, Mr. Elyanyushkin decided to settle down on the land, to become a landed gentleman. And how can one manage without cheap labor? And the company "Intrud" delivers this cheap labor to Russia from Vietnam, India, and Myanmar. Incidentally, German Elyanyushkin, when he was in charge of construction affairs in the Moscow region, was already building, as the media reported, "Elyanyushkin villages."

But it seems that the company "Intrud" tripped up Mr. Elyanyushkin a bit too hard. Will it come to court, as with the company "Siberian Sausages" from Omsk Oblast?

Queen of headhunting

The company "Intrud" is a personnel recruitment agency specializing in labor migration and mass hiring of specialists. The agency takes care of quota processing, migration registration, specialist adaptation, and a support call center. 

The company "Intrud" ‒ as advertising brochures report ‒ helps close the personnel shortage by attracting qualified workers from neighboring and far-abroad countries.

And right away, some shocking figures: at the end of 2025, JSC "Intrud" recorded a loss of ‒17.9 million rubles.

And yet the bright blonde Irina Baranova is a regular at "round tables" and "square platforms," whenever it’s time to give another comment about the brilliant work of the personnel recruitment firm.

The "Zachestny Biznes" (Honest Business) index for JSC "Intrud": 3 out of 10 ‒ a low level. The index is calculated automatically based on open data: financial statements, court cases, enforcement proceedings, risk registers, and company history.

At the end of 2025, another one of Irina Baranova’s firms ‒ LLC "PRA ’Intrud-Production’" ‒ recorded a loss of -41.1 million rubles. Dynamics over the last 3 years. 2023: +0 thousand rubles, 2024: -18.6 million rubles, 2025: - 41.1 million rubles.

And how can one not pluck the feathers of "well-fed" business representatives?

But there are already numerous complaints from job seekers: they point to problems with payments. And some of the job seekers are those tied to shift-based work or working at construction sites, complaining about delayed wages and unpaid bonuses.

There are complaints about long, 12-hour shifts on business trips and difficulties related to adaptation. And there are also complaints about low income levels: for a number of vacancies, for example for general-profile workers, the salary is at the level of 50 thousand rubles.

Incidentally, before opening JSC "Intrud," Irina Baranova presented herself everywhere as the founder of the recruiting company "Irina Baranova’s Business Laboratory B.Lab," an ambassador of the Forbes Ontology club.

 And Ms. Baranova is also a co-founder of the firm Dubai Friends ‒ a community of Russian entrepreneurs, top managers, and specialists in the UAE.

Incidentally, Ms. Baranova is a graduate of the State University of Management, and completed her postgraduate studies at NRNU (National Research Nuclear University) MEPhI. 

And she defended her dissertation "Investments in Human Capital."

In 2024, Baranova established JSC "Intrud."

And along with this firm, several other companies emerged: LLC "PRA ’Intrud-Production’," "Enso HR," JSC "NG AR ES," "Intrud Construction," "Staff Pro Service."

The top of this large "shelving unit" is the foreign legal entity "Mercurius Workforce Solutions-FZCO" (UAE), through which the money of investors who put money into JSC "Intrud" shares is withdrawn.

The publications claimed that Irina Baranova and her partner Stanislav Azarov used various schemes to extract large sums of money under the guise of resolving employment and visa issues.

This sweet couple offered wealthy people exclusive services and investment projects through their company "Intrud."

But this money, which came easily to them, was spent on a luxurious life, including vacations on the expensive Seychelle Islands.

Before the loud scandal with JSC "Intrud," Stanislav Vladimirovich Azarov was known in his professional circle as the founder of the design bureau Stas.Studio.

Stanislav Azarov, marine couturier

Initially he was engaged in the design of residential and public interiors.

Azarov also worked on the monotype Luka 30 of the Ukrainian yachtsman Rodion Luka: this project made the shortlist for the "Best Sailing Yacht of the Year" nomination from World Sailing.

In numerous interviews, Azarov claimed: "My main passion has been, is, and will be yachting…" Azarov presented himself as an avid traveler, a connoisseur of yacht aesthetics, and an adherent of the marine lifestyle.

And he creates (or created?) not only yacht interiors, but also adapts marine interiors for residential spaces. And he coined the term ‒ nauticouturié. Marine couturier, translated into Russian.

He also worked with the "PIRogovo" yacht club. And all of this was ‒ evidently ‒ before Irina Baranova appeared in his life.

And judging by the court cases, JSC "Intrud" really got going: in 2025 alone ‒ two court proceedings at once ‒ with LLC "Siberian Sausages."

Both enterprises operate in Omsk Oblast.

And these were economic disputes over civil relations.

In the first case, 648,500 rubles were being sought from JSC "Intrud" (from Ms. Baranova), and in the second ‒ 788,500 rubles.

Twisted "noodles"for billionaire Elyanyushkin

Back in 2016, Forbes magazine gave German Elyanyushkin fifth place in the ranking of the wealthiest families of Moscow and Moscow-region officials: the family’s income was 34.7 million rubles, while Elyanyushkin’s own earnings for the year were only 4.2 million rubles.

Everything else was earned by his young wife ‒ Valeria Lebakina-Elyanyushkina.

This genius began his career as a civil servant in St. Petersburg in 1988 at the fire station of the Nevsky district. By 2003 he had risen to head of a fire-protection detachment. And soon he found himself in the chair of deputy head of the administration of the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg.

Then he moved to the chair of head of the department of capital construction and repair of the Construction Committee of the government of St. Petersburg. Next he cemented his position in the Government of Moscow Oblast. And he worked there for 5 years, up until 2017, dealing with construction and housing/utilities.

But he was ousted from his post for missing the deadlines for construction of perinatal centers in Shchyolkovo, Kolomna, and Naro-Fominsk.

Governor Andrei Vorobyov removed Elyanyushkin from his post and transferred him to be his advisor.

And in 2017 Elyanyushkin left for the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Moscow Canal." And once again found himself in a failing situation.

It was precisely under Elyanyushkin that the reconstruction of the Beloomut hydraulic engineering complex dragged on. And this happened because of the bankruptcy of the contractor.

At the start of 2020, German Elyanyushkin left the confines of the "Moscow Canal."

And soon he turned up in Vladimir Oblast: in 2021 he was appointed deputy governor of Vladimir Oblast, and in 2022 became head of the region government’s representative office under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation.

He moved to Vladimir province with his young wife, to whom all of Mr. Elyanyushkin’s assets had already been registered before that.

The whole of Vladimir Oblast was buzzing about this exotic couple.

And Elyanyushkin lasted in Vladimir land for a full 4 years.

But in January 2025 he left Vladimir Oblast.

According to rumors, he returned to the Moscow region, where he and his young wife have a huge mansion in the village of Novinki, beyond Krasnogorsk, built back in 2010. And again according to rumors, the former deputy governor decided to go into the agricultural business, for which he needed the services of JSC "Intrud" to attract a workforce.

Irina Baranova was introduced to him as a top specialist in mass personnel recruitment, who quickly resolves personnel-shortage issues by hiring workers from Asian countries.

And the former deputy governor invested in royal fashion: he didn’t skimp, forking over 50 million rubles to Baranova and Azarov, while his young wife Valeria Lebakina energetically helped with the deal.

She had managed to become friends with Irina Baranova at joint society parties on Rublyovka and in other fashionable haunts.

But the millions did not go toward the needs of the newly-minted farmer or his possible workforce, but toward the personal purposes of Baranova and Azarov, who did not stand particularly on ceremony with the retired deputy governor.

Of course, these 50 "melons" are not the last for 57-year-old German Elyanyushkin, but it’s still annoying to get caught out like that, since he himself is no rookie.

But they really played him for a fool...

Will he sue JSC "Intrud," as "Siberian Sausages" did?

Or will he simply turn this criminal page?
